The BestThaiArtist provides an unconditional guarantee to the purchaser of BestThaiArtist artwork.  A complete refund will be refunded the purchaser upon the return and receipt of the artwork by the BestThaiArtist.  The refund dollar value to the purchaser will be at the same exchange rate equal to the initial transaction.  Please note that the purchaser assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs and it is suggested that all parcels be insured, at minimum, for their out-of-pocket dollar value.
